유럽 저가항공(European Low Cost Airlines) 소개

2. 이지젯(Easyjet.com)

유럽 제2의 저가 항공사로 라이언에어와는 경쟁 구도에 있는 회사입니다. 대체로 유럽 대륙 위주로 운항하는 항공사지만 유럽에서 가까운 비유럽권인 북아프리카의 모로코와 이집트, 아시아의 이스라엘이나 터키에도 취항하고 있습니다. 
역시 가격에 집중하는 컨셉으로 라이언에어처럼 물 한 방울도 공짜로 안 주는 지독한 저가 전략을 펴고 있으며 표 값은 그만큼 싼 편입니다. 하지만 취항지는 라이언에어에 비하면 약간 나은 편으로 라이언에어가 도심지에서 먼 외곽 공항에만 취항한다면 이지젯은 수요 좀 나오는 메이저 공항에는 취항하는 편입니다. 개트윅 공항이나 레오나르도 다 빈치 공항 등 비교적 도심지에서 가까운 공항에도 취항하는 편이기 때문에 표값은 조금 더 비쌀지라도 같은 구간을 갈 거라면 라이언에어보다 이지젯이 낫다는 게 여행 전문 유튜버들의 공통된 의견입니다.

3. 부엘링(Vueling.com)

스페인 바르셀로나를 거점으로 하는 저가 항공사로 이베리아 항공의 자회사입니다. 라이언에어나 이지젯과 같은 다른 저가 항공사와 달리 도시의 메인 공항에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 따라서 먼 외곽 공항에서 내려서 또 다시 버스를 타고 30분 이상 도심지로 이동해야 하는 그런 일은 없는 편입니다. 하지만 그런 편이성 때문에 앞의 두 항공사보다는 항공권 가격 자체는 평균적으로 조금 비싼 편입니다.
